Sculptural Mid-Century Green Glazed Earthenware Studio Pottery Bowl envelope drawing It shows lots of ageWhen I lived in Kansas City, I purchased a studio pottery bowl similar in feeling to this one at the estate sale of a professor of architecture who had an incredible collection of modernist furniture, objects and books. I've never forgotten it as an example of just the sort of mid century studio pottery I love. This bowl, found in Concord, NH, immediately made me think of it. There may be a mark at the center of the underside but it is hard to tell.
