There's a touch of tangy clove or toasted cardamom on the close

resulting in a wine of considerable complexity

Cyprien Arlaud Size:6x750ml It’s gourmetThis is also quite aromatically floral with notes of exotic tea, red currant, plum and a hint of orange peel. I very much like the sophisticated texture of the mid palate that contrasts markedly with the slightly drying and lean finale. I would observe that this was carrying quite a bit of gas, which has the effect of accentuating dryness so its quite possible that the austerity of the finish will become less apparent once the wine is bottled.
