I bought this antique Staffordshire spill vase just after I had purchased a pair of vintage Mexican folk art candleholders

There are a few irregularities to the glazing

It's a bit difficult to decipher the writing on the back of this old postcard

This one has no moving parts, but I have a special love for "architectural" sorts of whimsies like this, and this one seems almost as if it should exist inside of a bottle, with that excellent crown like top poking out as a stopper and so it invokes a nice presence absence sort of dynamic. Stands on its own, with a nice warm dry wood patina, pine I believe. 8 3 4" x 1 3
