Taupenot Merme, Auxey Duresses 1er Cru Vintage:2011 Medium to full-bodied(from Les Duresses and Grands Champs). An exuberantly fresh nose of earth and ripe dark berry fruit and black cherry is trimmed in a background touch of wood. There is good volume to the rich, round and very supple flavors that possess good volume and phenolically mature tannins, all wrapped in a balanced finish that displays only mild rusticity. 88 2017+
