This oil based primer sealer seals porous interior exterior surfaces, bonds to glossy surfaces and covers most stains. Dries to a flat white film that can be topcoated with any latex, alkyd, or oil paint. Helps prevent cedar and redwood bleed through. Can be tinted. Clean up with mineral spirits paint thinner.
