Rhine Hall Distillery - Cherry Brandy (750ML) bulk spices Side dishesFor Rhine Hall's Cherry Brandy, they use a tart style of cherry commonly found in Michigan and Wisconsin. The cherries are smaller and less sweet than most of the varietals we think of when we purchase cherries from the grocery store. Rhine Hall work to make sure that the pits are extracted from all of the cherries so that there are no off or bitter flavors that transfer into the eau de vie. The pits are added back into the mash during the three week
