Palate is layered and vibrant with citrus, mellowed with lemon meringue. Guided by organic and biodynamic principles, produced with minimal intervention and wild yeast fermentation. Low yielding, old & deep rooted vines gives a pure expression of the terroir of the region influenced by hot Mediterranean summers and the fierce Mistral wind. This is a blend of 13 varietals of the region:
