Native Mushrooms, Extra Fancy, Wonderfully Aged Old Rubber on Print Block hand-painted napkin rings suggesting it was framedLove at first sight with this one a large rubber print block mounted to (heavy) wood, made for stamping crates (I presume) with "Native Extra Fancy Mushrooms, Patriot Parkway, Revere, MA." For whatever reason, the aged surface of the rubber now feels to me exactly aligned with the character of mushrooms (especially ones from Revere, Mass.), and the icon at center looks to me like a little mole or gopher turning up a 'shroom though perhaps I'm
