Pinson, Chablis Montmains Vintage:2023 hazelnut and citrus(from Montmains proper and vinified in stainless but raised in wood). Discreet wood can be found on the floral suffused nose of both white and yellow orchard fruit that reflects notes of spice, quinine, tidal pool and a subtle hint of citrus influence. There is good refinement to the vibrant and rich but appealingly delineated flavors that dance across the palate on the lingering and saline inflected finale. This is really quite fine and should age
