Etienne Sauzet, Puligny Montrachet Truffiere Brut Zero A magnificent result for 2014(from a . 21 ha parcel). A broad ranging nose is comprised by notes of crushed anise, acacia, wet stone, Granny Smith apple and a deft touch of wood. The succulent, delicious and beautifully textured medium bodied flavors are wonderfully refined before terminating in a chiseled, stony and equally bone dry finale. This is very classy and a wine that should also age gracefully over a decade plus. One to look for.
