Handsome and Useful c. 1940s Pencil Box with Deco Faux Inlay Graphic jugtown plates but I am pretty certainThe decoration on the face of this old wooden pencil box is not actual inlay it is a litho graphic but until one runs a finger over it to find it smooth, one might never know. I just thought it was smart looking, and I think one can never have too many pencil boxes! And the hinged lid closes really tight, making it a good one to carry around should one want to throw it in a satchel! 8 5 8" x 3 1 4" x 1" C. 1940s or so I would guess, good condition
