Use it at 1st signs of a cold to help reduce the risk of developing a full blown cold or you can even start using it when exposed to cold viruses! This device is for use by persons aged 12 years or above with first sign of a cold. Apply 2 3 sprays per nostril up to 4 times a day. Allow 4 hours between application, no more than 4 applications in 24 hours.
