One might describe this handmade creature homely, with a face only a mother could love. but it certainly has me feeling motherly toward it! I believe it is a dog's head, and likely was once attached to a body, but I rather like it just as is, all the better for a few chips and dings here and there, and a bit of wire exposed on one ear.
