Domaine Pierre Usseglio Lirac, 2021 Tempranillo Undertones of brown sugarSavory blackberries, cassis, baked pie. Palate is rich and deep layered with cedar, crushed dried flowers, plum, clove. Domaine Pierre Usseglio is a Chateauneuf de Pape producer, this is their bottling from the Lirac AVA in the Southern Rhone. Ready to drink but recommended to hold on to for a few years for flavors to continue to develop. Mostly Grenache, rounded with Syrah, Mourvedre, Cinsault. Hand harvested, aged in concrete + oak for 12 months. A
