Made from a base of our Pinot Noir Ros, this aperitif is floral and bright, with aromatics of grapefruit rind and warm rich spices. This is delicious on its own, or wonderful in a number of simple cocktails. Made from a base of ros of Pinot Noir from Mendocino.
