Collazzi dei Collazzi "Liberta" Toscana Rosso Petite Verdot almond flowers and bitter honeyLibert is made with grapes from the Collazzi estate a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Syrah in a "Super Tuscan" style. The wines goal is to achieve a harmonious balance of Merlots soft tannis, Syrahs richness in spices and the elegant fragrance of Sangiovese. Cherry and blackcurrant on the nose; Full bodied with firm and silky tannins on the palate. Fermented in stainless steel vats; Aged 10 months in barrel; 2 months in bottle before release.
