My very favorite thing about the fantastic pencil drawing on the front of this old British postcard are the two ladies at far left engaged in their own private battle
I am completely taken with drawing

Austrian Modernist Round Lidded Box with Hand-drawn Designs laborers My very favorite thing aboutI've not seen another like this, made in Austrian c. 1920s I believe, which feels Art Deco Constructivist Bauhaus, with the hand drawn painted designs on the lid hovering between abstraction and figuration. (I see a sort of Moholy Nagy radio tower at top, and two kneeling figures that are also pure geometry at lower right). Unusual, and great from the side too, with alternating bands of red and gold. 3 5 8 t x 5 3 4 in diameter. Good condition, with
