A completely different aromatic profile presents cooler aromas that are comprised by the essence of red cherry, pomegranate and earth. The fresh, even bright, middle weight flavors possess a succulent palate impression that is heightened by the abundant level of dry extract that also serves to buffer the even firmer, rustic and built to age finish. This too will require patience.
