Ivory but almostI extricated this charmer from an old frame and mat with hopes of finding it clean and dry, and indeed it is, tempera or watercolor on paper well mounted to a piece of thin cardstock cardboard. And what a lot of joy painting it clearly brought to RR Strang, who signed their name at lower right those exuberantly painted passages of densely packed flowers alone seem like a total celebration.
