Domaine, Sylvain Cathiard Vintage:2021 It just needs more complexity(from Champs Franc). A distinctly earthy red and dark berry fruit nose shyly reveals hints of game and underbrush. There is both good volume and vibrancy to the detailed flavors that are supported by unusually fine grained tannins considering where the vineyard is located as there is only a touch of rusticity on the sneaky long finale.
