The Flared Shirt Pencil Skirt Inspired by a classic man'sA casual, pull on shirt with a flared silhouette for a feminine edge. There are two options, one with and the other without sleeves. The sleeves are bracelet length with a turned back cuff. See 'Make more with this pattern' for more on the design and perfecting the fit of the shoulder.
