Seems to me there is not enough written about 19th century abstract folk watercolors like this, which certainly seem to me as if channeling the spirit of the divine. With that hex sort of star at center, I might guess Pennsylvania, and it has a fraktur sort of feel. This one I know came out of the same estate as the pineapple watercolor paper cut
