Lovely Old Wooden T-Square with Mirror Writing old china pigment based on stylistic similarities toIt really did take me a mirror to decipher the backwards writing on this old wooden t square, which I believe reads: "This is a true saying and worthy of all men." I believe this phrase refers to the pastoral epithets in the New Testament, which include "This is a faithful saying, and worthy of all acceptation, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners; of whom I am chief." I am not entirely certain its meaning on this t square, though
