This wine is made in a style often called Vin doux Naturel (in the south of France). So, it's made from Muscat Ottonel grapes a wild fermentation is started on the skins and allowed to go for a few days then the wine was fortified with neutral grape spirits to arrest the fermentation and leave behind the residual sugar. We are left with a luscious, aromatic, textured and beguiling wine.
