Philippe Charlopin-Parizot, Echezeaux Size:6x750ml but in the long run(from En Orveaux). Generous oak fights with the aromas of spicy pomegranate, cherry and violet. The exceptionally rich, even suave, medium bodied flavors possess very good concentration, power and persistence on the mouth coating and sappy if somewhat sweet finish that I found borderline cloying. I suspect that this will become more interesting with age but for now, its not at the same level as the best of these grands crus.
