I am pretty sure this one dates to  the 1950s or so

Black and White Dog on Red Wheels Old Wooden Pull Toy for the academic including at the Art InstituteI definitely have a weakness for old handmade pull toys, and think this is a pretty fun one. In addition to the fabulous paint job, I really love how the smaller front wheels tip this dog forward, such that he really seems as if he's riding a scooter. The shape of the whole is really pretty great, including those stippled black whiskers! 10 1 2" l x 7 5 8" t x 5 1 4" w. He lost his nose at some point, which was glued back on and is not loose.
