Perhaps an old boy girl scout or 4H project, I'm not sure, but rather transcendent I think and the old handmade whisk broom with wire wrapped handle is itself a beautiful thing. A good and happy thing, and still a useful one, too. C. 1930s 40s I'd guess, and the whisk broom older than that. Overall: 7 1 4" x 5 3 8". All in good shape.
