There are numerous small light grey patches throughout the white background areas (particular around the bottom left corner area and the center and top of the right edge areas) I’m not certain whether these are flaws in the paper or perhaps Scuffs but I don’t think they are liquid stains as there is no evidence of that on the back of the poster (stains usually bleed through)
