Old Bronze (I Believe) Harpoon Head / Dart colorful tins Green painted on reverseI believe this harpoon dart would have been used for whaling, or game fish (tuna, sword fish etc), and could either be used as the head of a spear or threaded with a rope. I think it is a pretty old one, and I believe bronze rather than brass, showing a bit of greening. I just really love the arrow form, which could be used as a sort of finial on something, or placed on hung pointing in the right direction! 4 5 8" l x 2" w x 5 8" d and in very good
