Pierrick Bouley Vintage:2019 Somewhat curiously given that mostA more elegant and cooler nose speaks of various red berries, lavender and a whiff of anise. The delicious, round and caressing flavors possess good verve and reasonably good detail while delivering fine persistence on the dusty and again, moderately austere finale that flashes just a bit more depth. Lovely and understated.
