Wild White Sea Bass Seabass:8-10 oz naturally juicyOur White Sea Bass is hook and line caught right here off the coast of California, near the Channel Islands. Hook and line is the most sustainable fishing practice. It allows you to target one species of fish, unlike net caught fish, where multiple species of fish and habitats are disturbed or destroyed. White Seabass are a moderately low fat fish with a mild flavor, meaty texture, and large white flakes. Their flavor is somewhat similar to halibut.
