Amizade Godello, 2015 Verdelho in the family homeGodello is an ancient grape, a carrier of the land, a canvas upon which the land can show its essence. This one from Monterrei shows a racy edge, minerality, saline and delicate white flowers with lemon and lime notes on nose and palate. This has a tiny bit of age on it, bringing out the more savory qualities of the wine. Fermented with indigenous yeasts in temperature controlled stainless steel; aged on the lees for 6 months.
