Incredibly complex and long on the finish, thanks to the high percentage of Pinot Noir. Bobby Rowett honed his winemaking techniques by working as an apprentice winemaker to Mas de Gourgonnier, Hewitson Wines, Cinder Wines, The Radiant Sparkling Wine Company, and Goodfellow Family Cellars. After this winemaking tour, he started Mellen Meyer utilizing the winery
