Westlake frame (with much toned old mat from which it needed to be freed) from a seller who took it (understandably!) as a print but a watercolor indeed it is. I've got a special weakness for these floral bouquets executed with such care and precision they are a bit hard to believe, and like to imagine the young women who toiled over them for many hours, perfecting their skills.
