There's a little blue thread on its back I didn't notice when I was shooting it--and which has since been removed

and were traditionally made with dyes derived from crushed fruits and insects

and the framing here makes this one seem as if viewed through a scope

Stone House with Red Door, Excellent Old Drawing on Sunshine Biscuit Cardboard iron bell There's a little blue threadThis old drawing, graphite and crayon on cardboard from a Sunshine Biscuit box, makes me completely happy. All that energy investing in drawing every stone, and every red brick too, filling most every inch of the surface, with just a little room left for some green grass to make it feel extra welcoming. WIth an especially excellent red door and front steps, and what look like simple green wreaths hanging in the paned windows. A total charmer. 10 x 6 3
