It is almost three quarters Roussanne with the remaining blend comprised of Grenache Blanc and Clairette. After harvesting the fruit by hand, it is sorted and pressed into French oak barrels for fermentation and aging. Over the last quarter century, Domaine de la Janasse has become one of the most highly regarded estates in
