With a wooden structure visible from underneath and ornamentation details I'd guess done mostly in balsa wood and assorted scraps, plus film behind all of those windows. Bright yellow, with hand painted details everywhere. Pretty amazing. C. 1930s 40s I would guess. 11 1 8" l x 6" w x 4 1 2" tall. Very good condition, no
