is in excellent condition and measures 9 3/4" long x 2 1/2" wide x 2 3/4" tall

The Coushatta are a matrilineal society native to Southwest Louisiana and are renowned for their wonderful baskets made of coiled pine needles and raffia. In addition to the fabulous handle, this one features a lovely little woven raffia detail at the very center of the base
