This isn’t quite a robust as it usually is though it’s a big wine all the same and will require an extended cellar siesta

and a tight acid spine and serious but polished tannins nicely extending and framing the brooding fruit notes and peppery flintiness on the long

But this grip and structure are welcome and don't dominate the spiciness and persistence of the fruit
