It smells of roasted agave and syrup. Clay pots. El Jolgorio Mexicano smells of roasted agave and maple. It is made maguey Mexicano (also known as Dobadaan in other communities), which grows to be quite large. This Mezcal is straightforward and right down the middle with hints of light smoke, citrus, and peppers.
