These white chocolate baking chips have the right, royal size to surprise in cakes, muffins, cookies, rolls and Danish. Theyll add a great creamy caramelly taste and a subtle snap without melting away during baking. These chips have less cocoa butter in their recipe to make them resist oven temperatures up to 200C. Our chefs recommend to mix them into the dough at the end of the kneading process. It will prevent
