2016 Littorai Mays Canyon Vineyard Pinot Noir, Russian River Valley, USA Grgich The vines are bush prunedMays Canyon is home to the Porter Bass Estate located on the western edge of the Russian River Appellation, outside the charming town of Guerneville and eight miles from the Pacific Coast. At 200 400 feet elevation, this site is unique as it is surrounded by the Russian River on three sides. Large redwood trees skirt the area which help form a protective barrier that warms the climate of the vineyard. The Hugo gravelly loam soils also help to capture
