Varietal: 100% Verdejo Vineyard: Grapes were sourced from four different high altitude sites around Santiuste de San Juan Bautista, ranging 800 900 meters. Soils are a mix of sand, gravel and slate. Prephylloxera bush trained vines are 130 200 years old. Farming is organic. Vinification: Grapes
