It has black & white polka dot satin lining, is very light weight so very comfortable to wear, attaches with a comb and adjustable hat elastic. This one of a kind hat is inspired by the very wonderful Tara McPearson who's art I have loved for many years, the painting is called Bunny Girl Base measurement: 15cm x 13cm
