Between the slightly capped sleeves to the A Line style skirt, it's the perfect piece for any summer wardrobe. Dress has blue, pink, and purple flowers mostly on the top portion, though sparingly places on the skirt. Top portion also has four buttons leading up the bust to the collar. Buttons are for aesthetics, not functionality. Comes with a string to tie around waistline. Feels like Polyester Blend.
