2023 Weingut Wasenhaus, Weissburgunder, Baden, Germany Division Wine Co. egg and barrelEntry level Pinot blanc from loess soil, on plots south of Staufen. Pressed as whole cluster and fermented in used barrels from different size. Aged for one year on the full lees in barrel and another half year in stainless steel on its entire lees. A touch of nuttiness, great midpalate tension and drinkability. vB
