Soil worked manually (4 5 passes annually); ratio of 1 vineyard worker per hectare; all hand harvested. Blend of biodynamics, phytotherapy, homeopathy and geobiology. Each terroir vinified separately in foudres and conserved separately before blending. 48 months sur lattes, zero dosage.
