2021 Domaine Jean-Philippe Padie Milouise IGP Cotes Catalanes, France Fidencio Single Barrel are aged inGrenache Gris 80%, with the rest Macabeu, Grenache Blanc, Carignan Blanc, Clairette, Tourbat, Muscat Petits Grains and dAlexandrie. Coming from some of his oldest parcels planted in the early 30s. Everything is pressed and fermented together and ferments and ages in a newer 15hl 15hl foudre.
