The name is a dedication of the producer to his grandfather Giovanni, who passed on much of his experience to him. Simplicity is not however banal: the nose hints of red fruits, pomegranate and black cherry, on the finish there is a hint of vanilla. The palate immediately feels the great body, then the softness and the pleasantly bitter finish.
