2023 Domaine Moreau-Naudet Forets Chablis Premier Cru, France 1.5L Magnum Marcel Deiss 2018 Mortellito CalaiancuThis Chardonnay comes from the left bank Forts climat, a sub site of Montmains, where thin, stony clays over Kimmeridgian limestone and southeast exposures yield a tense, mineral profile. Fermentation follows whole bunch pressing with native yeasts, and levage runs long on lees in a mix of stainless steel and large demi muids with no new oak, preserving purity and flinty detail. Wine arrives late September, 2025.
